Russia, Egypt Discussing Additional Nuclear Power Plants

With Egypt's El Dabaa Nuclear Power Plant nearing completion, Cairo has opened discussions with Rosatom over additional NPP construction including the possibility of floating plants to be sited on the Red Sea.
