A Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations train consisting of 31 wagons with humanitarian aid for Iran has arrived at the Garadag station of the Azerbaijan Railways, comprising over 300 tonnes of medicines and medical supplies. This is in addition to the 13 tonnes of humanitarian cargo from Russia sent on March 13. The cargo will be sent to Iran.
The USA and Israel began a military operation against Iran on 28 February. The US-based rights group HRANA said on March 22 that 3,231 Iranians have been killed, including 1,407 civilians, and over 210 children.
