The Russian taxi-ordering service WB Taxi has been launched in Kyrgyzstan, and the application is already available for download on Google Play and the App Store, according to a statement from the combined parent company Wildberries-Russ (RWB LLC).
To begin with, the service will begin operating in a “closed club” format, which will allow the company to ensure a controlled launch. The first wave included company employees and partners. Access to the service is provided by invitation, as well as through a waiting list after installing the application.
WB Taxi users have access to the Standard, Comfort, and Multi fares (the latter allows for faster car dispatch by simultaneously searching across several categories); 24/7 voice support; and chat functionality. There is also a loyalty program in the form of cashback when paying with bank cards through the application.
Anatoly Smorgonsky, the director of RWB’s Department for Taxi and Transportation Service Technology Development, said that “we are launching the service gradually, carefully monitoring the operation of all elements of the system. Feedback from club participants helps us improve the service and prepare for scaling.”
The Wildberries marketplace officially began operating in Kyrgyzstan in 2017. In 2021, the start of registration for local suppliers was announced, and in April 2022, the company opened its first logistics center in Bishkek.

Wildberries, after merging with outdoor advertising operator Russ in 2024, has been actively developing non-core business for the marketplace. In 2025, the vertical video social network Wibes was launched. In December last year, media outlets, citing sources, reported that Wildberries could launch a taxi service in Russia in 2026. However, the company itself later said that Wildberries was currently focusing on testing the project in other countries first.
