In this issue: Repercussions continue to reverberate in the MENA region following the collapse of the Assad regime, with Russia seeking additional regional footprints in Libya and Sudan should it lose Syrian assets. An upcoming issue for 2025 will be Russian legal action against Euroclear, which could go global and lead to serious financial implications for Europe.
