Armenia Looking For Buyers For Russian-Invested South Caucasus Railway

Russian Railways holds the concession for the Armenian South Caucasus Railway, however due to geopolitical differences between Armenia, Azerbaijan and Turkiye, large parts of the track have fallen into disrepair.
