Russia Leading International Efforts To Save Drug-Barons Hippopotami

The Moscow Zoo is leading an international mission with the Global Union of Zoological Institutions to relocate about 200 Hippopotami in Colombia, descendants of deceased Drug Baron Pablo Escobar’s private safari park. The animals, native to Africa, have been breeding and causing significant environmental damage. If relocation is unsuccessful, Bogota will euthanize the creatures.
